The message "the business tier is currently in the process of initializing. You will not be able to login until the initialization is complete" is not an error message. It is simply telling the user that CAREWare is completing the necessary steps needed be before opening such as Data or Client tier updates. Please allow it a few moments before clicking on "Try Again". This will occur every time the business tier service has been restarted."
