» Need to reboot BT 2x after SQL is started

After installing CAREWare or restarting SQL Server 2008, the first time you login, you get an error message containing this text:

Invalid connection string attribute

In at least one of the two calls I had about this today, that text was preceded by "SQL Server does not exist or access denied." In both cases, restarting the business tier service a second time solved the problem.
