Instead of Build 626 showing a “you don’t have permission…” notification when attempting to add a new refer-to provider, this message comes up. It’s resolved by adding the Add Internal/External Referral Provider permission. The error is:
Object Reference not set to an instance of an object. at Client.frmClientInfo.IsExternalProvider_SelectionChangeCommited
(Object sender.EventArgs e)
An error occured changing the Referral Provider.
