Starting with build 851, a new feature for restricting service categories for contract items has been added. This feature allows for a contract item to be restricted to a single service category.
- Click Administrative Options
- Click Contracts
- Choose the provider domain
- Click on the contract
- Click View/Edit
- Click on the contract item
- Click Edit Selected Item
- Check Restrict Service Category
- Double-click a category
- Click Save
That service category will be the only category available for adding subservices to that contract item.
