The sharing expiration date now available within CAREWare allows providers on the same CAREWare network to share client services for a set period of time. Once that period as elapsed the sharing of services will be automatically revoked until a user re-implements the share and extends the expiration date.
The use of the agreement signing and expiration dates is strictly up to the CAREWare users and agreements should be made between provider domains sharing data prior to the turning on of this feature. If no agreement or expiration dates are set during the initial setup than sharing will be turned on indefinably. This is similar to how sharing was setup in previous builds and versions of CAREWare.
