Page History: Services missing custom service field value

User have reported in build 881 of CAREWare that value for custom service fields are missing once a service is added with them. In these cases, the original custom service fields values worked, while new custom service fields values would not show for the services. This is an issue with the custom service value updating.

To trigger this update, use Toggle Sharable by:

  1. Click Administrative Options.
  2. Click Custom Features.
  3. Click Custom Service Fields.
  4. Click the control with the issue.
  5. Click Toggle Sharable.
  6. Click Toggle Sharable again.

The custom service field values will be visible in the services tab for those records.
