Two problems with the default subservice names that get turned on when you activate HIP or ADAP.

HIP: - The second part of each name reads "Health Insurance Premiums"this is a big error; it should read "Health Insurance Program".

ADAP: -- One of the subservice names reads "Other health insurance premiums/HAIDS Drug Assistance Program"--it should read "AIDS" instead of "HAIDS".
