In some cases the business tier will become locked during a data tier update. If the data tier update fails at DTUpdate 84.503, check the database to be sure the cw_filler_status_code table is already there.
To check for the table:
- Start SQL Server Management Studio.
- Connect to the CAREWare database instance.
- Expand Databases.
- Expand CW_Data.
- Expand Tables.
- Verify the cw_filler_status_code table is there.
If the cw_filler_status_code table is there, skip that DTUpdate by following these instructions:
- Go to the CW_Admin Utility. *Located at:C:\Program Files (x86)\CAREWare\RW CAREWare Business Tier by default.
- Right click CW_Admin.
- Click Run as Administrator.
- Click Stop Server.
- Click Common Storage Table.
- Double click on the cmm_st_number column for the Data Tier Version.
- Type in 84.503.
- Click on any other box to save
- Click Server Settings
- Click Start Server.
If the cw_filler_status_code table is not in the database, restart the business tier by following the instructions
