The HIV Quality of Care (HIVQUAL) features of RW CAREWare allow clinics to monitor specific calculated indicators on a client-by-client basis in real time. Gaps in care can quickly be identified and corrective measures taken in a timely manner, thereby insuring your staff is delivering the best possible care. These features are currently in RW CAREWare 4.1.
HIVQUAL tracks substance abuse, mental health, and other services once the provider has assigned the services to the appropriate HIVQUAL follow up question. The tracking feature can be found in the Annual Review tab. A client who has had an assigned service will have a green check mark next to the associated indicator. If the client has not received an assigned service for an indicator, then a red X will appear next to the missing indicator.
