Relocated clients with case closed dates still marked as active on find client screen

Inactivated clients with remove enrollment status and include a case closed date appear when doing a “find” in the search window - even though the “active only” box was checked. These clients continues to come up. If the enrollment status is changed to Inactive/Closed work properly.
