Regimen Screen Tune-up

1. Units Box: the automatic appearance of the two decimal places & the right justification hides the actual units value. Is there a way not to mask the two decimal places? If not, can we mask a single decimal place?
2. "Form" combo box has no auto-complete feature
3. if you try to clear the first date in the filter, you get "C1Input Validation Error. Error Occurred: Prevalidation Error"
4. change the message that reads "Start Date for the Date Span cannot be empty" to "Start Date cannot be empty."
