Group Rapid Service entry generating error

When entering services using the Group Rapid Service entry, the process appears to work as usual (selecting a group, adding a service to the group, etc.) but at the very end when adding/saving the new service records the program hangs up. An error message appears (RW CAREWare Client Tier has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.) The only button available is Close Program. Click it and the CAREWare closes. This also happens in build 554. When you log back in the CAREWare it finds an active session open which has to be reset. I checked the services I added and they all appear to have been added. The only odd thing is that the amount received column has in it for these group added service records.
