Error generated when creating Mailing List report (582-584)

When trying to run a Mailing List report from within a Provider domain, if you select a date span for the report get this error:

An error occurred while compiling the mailing label report.

When other criteria are selected instead of date span, the report appears but is blank -- no labels.
