Deleting client last name generates error during force close

After deleting the client's last name and clicking on a different tab the quality check will appear a number of times. After clicking through the quality check message I was able to load the tab, but if I attempted to close or change back to the demographics tab I was unable to do so due to the the quality check message appearing again.

I was able to close the client screen by pressing Alt-F4. This generated an error message concerning the lack of a client URN. Once the error message was closed I was brought back to the Find Client screen. The client whom I had deleted their last name from was still available and the last name still appeared. Closing the find client screen and re-opening it to search for the client showed the client had no changes saved to their last name and I was able to open and edit the client as normal.
