Date fields are not reporting correctly on reports

When a date is entered for a cln, the date and time is set for that field such as 4/1/2012 5 PM. If a user runs a report (cst or canned) and the end date is that date but the time the report is being run is before the time entered, the date calue will not be reported correctly.

So if we entered 4/1/12 at 5 PM for enrl date and run a cst report that return enrl date for 3/1/12 to 4/1/12 at 12 PM the cln's enrl date will not return the enrl date value we added
