Custom service fields do not show up in the service viewer

User reports that they used to be able to see all the custom service field codes in the service viewer at the bottom of the Service tab. Now they can only sees the value of the one required field. Users need to be able to see the codes for all the custom service fields on display. The workaround is to open each service to review the custom fields.
