» How to increase the maximum number of records kept in a Change Log database

To increase the change log records in a database:

Go to the business tier directory (Default location: C:\Program Files\CAREWare\RW CAREWare Business Tier\)
Locate and open the CW Admin.exe
Change the table name to LocalNumberStorage
Press Stop Server
Locate the tag Max_Change_Log_Records and press Edit
Increase the number to what you would like
Press Save
Press Start Server
