Could not load file or assembly 'UCI_Generator, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. at jProgBusiness.jBusiness.jBusinessClient.ClientAdd(String GUIDToken, jClientAdd NewClientAdd, jBusinessShared BusinessShared, Boolean ignoreURN, String importHL7ProviderPK, Boolean skipClientPresearch)

To resolve this error you will need to check the business and client tier directories for the UCI_Generator.dll file. If it does not exist in both directories, then you will need to add it.
