The following report can be used to find clients who are missing information for the RDR/RSR. This report can be created in the custom report section of CAREWare. It is not included by default within CAREWare.

RDR Missing Fields Report

The following custom report will return those clients who are missing the necessary fields for the RDR.

Report Type: Demographics

Field Selection Sorting

Name Ascending Enrl Date Housing Arr PovertyLev Prm. Medical Care HIV Status Enrl Status HIV Risk Factors Race/Ethnicity

Filter Criteria

Parenthesis Filter Criterion = NULL Operator Parenthesis

( Enrl Date TRUE OR Housing Arr TRUE OR PovertyLev TRUE OR Prm. Medical Care TRUE OR HIV Status TRUE OR Enrl Status TRUE OR HIV Risk Factor Not Specified OR Race/Ethnicity Not Specified )
