This page contains issues that commonly occur when adding or editing client data within CAREWare.
- You are unable to edit client data or all fields are greyed out on client screen.
There are two possibilities for this issue:
You are logged into the Central Administration domain. This domain does not allow the editing of client data. Also, you cannot add a client to this domain.
OR
Your CAREWare user account does not have the necessary permissions to edit client data on the provider domain.
FORMATTER ERROR (Malformed List)
To show the client fields within the cw_client table you will need to complete the following steps:
#* Login to the Central Administration domain
#* Go to "Administrative Options"
#* Go to "Advanced Encryption Options"
#* Go to "Show/Hide Encrypted Fields in cw_client"
#* Check the button next to "Show Personal Identifying Information in cw_client table"
#* Click "Save Changes"
#* Click "Ok"
