Yes, free technical support is provided for version 4.1 and 5. The CAREWare help desk is open on Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). You can reach the help desk during these hours at 877-294-3571. If you can't reach us by phone, you can email the help desk at cwhelp@jprog.com.
