Page History: How do I start/stop/restart the business tier?

To start the Business Tier Service using the CW Admin utility:

Go to the CAREWare Business Tier directory (Default location: C:\Program Files\CAREWare\RW CAREWare Business Tier)
Open CW Admin.exe.
Go to the “Services” tab and find the RW CAREWare Business Tier service.
Highlight the service and click “Start Service”.

To start the Business Tier Service using the Services Panel:

Go to Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools
Double click on Services
Locate the RW CAREWare Business Tier service
Highlight the RW CAREWare Business Tier service
Press Stop Service

To turn the business tier on using the Services panel simply highlight the RW CAREWare Business Tier service again and press Start Service.
