You will need to complete an 'administrative install' in order to complete the installation process. To complete an 'administrative install' follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. In the Search field type 'CMD' (no quotes). Do not press Enter
  3. In the search results field right click on Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'
  4. In the command prompt windows type the following
    msiexec /i x:\rwcarewarebusinesstiersetup.msi /i Where x:\rwcarewarebusinesstiersetup.msi is the path to the business tier setup you are trying to install
  5. Complete the installation as normal
