An EUCI can be invalid if the identifying information that creates the EUCI is not a valid value. This can occur if there is a typo in the first name, last name, date of birth, or birth gender leading to an inability for CAREWare to create a legitimate EUCI. You can identify errors in the EUCI by downloading, importing, and running this custom report here is the .XML version. When you open this file, right click the page, save the file in a location you will recognize, and then follow the steps to import the file into the custom report window in CAREWare under quick start guide 7. You can download the text version of this file here. When prompted to "save as", save the file as a .xml file instead of .txt, and then follow the steps in quick start guide 7 to import the file into your custom reports window. You can learn more about importing and exporting custom reports at the All CAREWare documentation page under quick start guide 7.
