An EUCI can be invalid if the identifying information that creates the EUCI is not a valid value. This can occur if there is a typo in the first name, last name, date of birth, or birth gender leading to an inability for CAREWare to create a legitimate EUCI. You can identify errors in the EUCI and see which data field is causing the error by running importing and running the custom report here. You can learn more about importing and exporting custom reports at the All CAREWare documentation page under quick start guide 7.
