An EUCI can be invalid if the identifying information that creates the EUCI is not a valid value. This can occur if there is a typo in the first name, last name, date of birth, or birth gender leading to an inability for CAREWare to create a legitimate EUCI. You can identify errors in the EUCI and see which data field is causing the error by running importing and running the custom report
