A constant value can be added to a CSV Spec in the Data Translation Module for importing data into CAREWare. An example would be the provider domain. A CSV Spec may be setup for a specific provider domain. Once the constant value is added, this field will not have to be entered in the import file. The value will be added to the PDI Template, even if that field does not exist in the import file being translated by the Data Translation Module.

  1. Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\jProg\DTM". (default location of the Data Translation Module)
  2. Right click Data Translation Module.exe.
  3. Click Run as Administrator.
