CAREWare has added a feature to copy contracts from one provider domain to another. This feature is in the Central Administration domain on Administrative Options on Contracts.
Select a Provider you wish to copy a contract from, and then select the contract. Click
Copy Contracts once you have selected the contract you wish to copy.
On the Copy Contract To Providers menu, you check off the box next to each provider that the contract will be copied to. The Start Date and End Date can be edited prior to copying the contract. Once all of the providers have a check in their box, click
Copy Contract.
The contract will be shown under the provider the contract was copied to once you select those providers from the provider drop down list.
