Yes, CAREWare databases can be merged using the Provider Data Import by following the instructions here. This process allows users to import data into a provider domain from another CAREWare database. If the purpose is to add a provider from another database, follow the instructions here first to add the provider domain. Once the provider domain is added, follow the instructions here to setup the provider. Once the provider is setup, the data can be imported using the Provider Data Import. If the data is to be merged with a provider domain that is already in CAREWare, make sure all provider name fields are updated in the PDI Template used to import data using the Provider Data Import process by following the instructions here.
