What the definitions for the HAB HIV Performance Measures?

The HAB HIV Performance Measures are a set of indicators that providers can use to monitor the quality of care they provide to their clients. The measures can be used by grantess at the provider or system level and can be used in their original format or modified for use by the agency.

CAREWare has included all measures for groups 1, 2, & 3 within the latest available build and users can make copies of each measure and modify the copy to suit their needs. Users are not allowed to edit the original HAB performance measures only copies they've created.
