EURN Generator is not starting

The EURN Generator.exe (32 bit) is a necessary process that starts when the CAREWare business tier service is started. Users may experience errors adding client records if that process does not start.
If the process is not listed, try running the EURNGenerator.exe as administrator.
Go to C:\Program Files\CAREWare Business Tier.
Right click
EURNGenerator
.
Click
Properties
.
Verify there is no check box for Unblock in the bottom right corner below Advanced.
Click
Compatibility
.
Click
Change settings for all users
.
Check
Run this program as an administrator
.
Click
Apply
.
Click
OK
.
Restart the
business tier service
.
If the issue persists, change the value for LastEURNGeneratorID to -1.
Go to C:\Program Files\CAREWare Business Tier.
Right click
CW Admin
.
Click
Run as Administrator
.
Click
Stop Server
.
Click
Common Storage Settings
.
Click
cmm_st_pk
to set the list in alphabetical order.
Scroll to
LastEURNGeneratorID
.
Double click the field for
cmm_st_number
.
Enter -1.
Click any other box to save the value.
Click
Server Settings
.
Click
Start Server
.
Verify
EURNGenerator.exe (32 Bit)
is listed in
Processes
in
Task Manager
