To run the RSR Hotfix for the Annual Review Rollover you will need to download on of the following build and version specific hotfix files.

The files are executables so they are renamed to text files. Just right-click and rename them by removing the ".txt" extension.
Run RSR and check "Unknown" counts for medical insurances
Create and run the
Annual Review Insurance Type Review Custom Report
If report has data/records, the site needs the hotfix.
Stop the RW CAREWare Business Tier Service in either CW Admin or through Windows Services. Labeled as "Stop Server" in CW Admin.
Copy the hotfix into their RW CAREWare Business Tier folder.
Double-Click on the hotfix and let it run.
There will be an initializing step.
Once initializing is done, it will ask the user to press enter to commence the updates.
The hotfix will run and will state whether or not it was successful.
It will ask the user to press enter to close out hot fix screen
User needs start the RW CAREWare Business Tier service in either CW Admin or Windows Services. Labeled "Start Server" in CW Admin.
Log into CAREWare and rerun the custom report. The report should say "No records found"
Rerun the RSR and check counts again.
