The Annual Review Insurance Type Review Custom Report is used to determine if there are any clients who have an insurance type selected, but not reported due to a bug in the Annual Review Rollover feature of CAREWare. This bug affects all version 5 builds up to and including build 554.
You can create the report with the following criteria:
Report Type: Demographics
Field Selections:
Name Sort = Ascending
Filter Criteria:
If the report returns any clients, then you will need to apply the
Annual Review Rollover Hotfix.
