CAREWare administrators are now able to ask security questions of CAREWare users. This can increase overall security for a system and allow for increased personalization for users.
The security questions will be available to Central Administration users to configure and enable. These questions will be answered by CAREWare users prior to logging into the system after a reset of their CAREWare password. If a user answers the security questions incorrectly a specified number of times, then the user account will be locked again. A Central Administration administrator will be required to unlock the user account again.
