The RW CAREWare client tier uses smart client technology to detect, retrieve, and install updates automatically. To distribute new client tier versions, IT personnel need only to update the server—the smart client does the rest. Smart client technology gives IT staff the ease of distribution comparable to that of browser-based applications without the graphing, reporting, and data entry feature limitations of browser-based applications.
