In build 881, there is an issue with updating custom service values. New custom service field values would not show for services while custom service field values entered earlier were in the drop down list.
To trigger this update, use
Toggle Sharable by:
- Click Administrative Options.
- Click Custom Features.
- Click Custom Service Fields.
- Click the control with the issue.
- Click Toggle Sharable.
- Click Toggle Sharable again.
The custom service field values will be visible in the services tab for those records.
