The Provider Setup Import/Export generates a file with a name that is unreadable by the import process. The file created message shows the client tier folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\CAREWare\RW CAREWare Client Tier) as the directory to which the file is saved, but the file is actually saved in the CAREWare folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\CAREWare). When a user browses to import that file, it cannot be viewed because the results are filtered for XML Export Templates (CW_Templates.XML).
1. Log into the provider domain.
2. Click
Administrative Options.
3. Click
Export Menu.
4. Click
Provider Import/Export.
5. Click
Run Export.
6. Enter a message.
7. Click
OK.
8. Click
OK.
1. Click Import Existing Template.
2. Click
Yes.
3. Click the ellipsis.
The file will not be visible due to a bug with how the file is named.
