User Action Report

You can use the User Action Report to identify any changes to a client record or by a CAREWare user.
Log into the provider domain where the data is being changed
Click
Reports
Click
User Action Reports
Select a Start Date and End Date
Choose the Provider
Choose the type of action used to change the data by choosing the
Action Type
(i.e. Client Deleted)
Click
Generate Report
Click Enter
This will produce a list of all changes to the client. You can further specify the search by searching by User ID for staff or by Affected Person for clients.
