The client sync cannot maintain a secure channel

You will need to go to the RW CAREWare Business Tier directory and locate the server.config file. This file will need to be opened in Notepad to edit it successfully. In the server.config there is a connectionAgeLimit which is set to 120 by default. Increase this number to 600 to resolve the error. This exception is a result of a slow server, or a request that takes longer than the allowed timeout.

Note: You must restart the business tier after making changes to the server.config.
