Subservice Count by Funding is displaying domain PKs in SRV Funding field

Subservice Count by Funding is displaying domain PKs in SRV Funding field once the funding source is saved. While selecting the SRV Funding the drop down values will display normally; i.e. Part A, Part B, Part C, ect. Once the value is saved a domain PK will be displayed in the white box. The report will run normally and filter correctly.
