Screening Score = 1.79769313486232E+308

I just printed a report for screenings in a client record and discovered that the Score field is a column in the report. The column had the following number entry for every screening, but only on the report, not visible anywhere else: 1.79769313486232E+308.

It made the report very long since the column width was narrow. The number wrapped for 5 lines.
