Receiving error: Could not load file or assembly 'UCI_Generator

Could not load file or assembly 'UCI_Generator, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. 
The system cannot find the file specified. at jProgBusiness.jBusiness.jBusinessClient.ClientAdd(String GUIDToken, 
jClientAdd NewClientAdd, jBusinessShared BusinessShared, Boolean ignoreURN, String importHL7ProviderPK, Boolean skipClientPresearch)

The most often cause of this error is the file, UCI_Generator.dll, is missing from the business tier directory. You will need access to the business tier directory in order to resolve this error.

  1. Log in to the PC/Server where the business tier is installed.
  2. Go to C:\Program Files\CAREWare\RW CAREWare Business Tier.
  3. Search for the UCI_Generator.dll file in this directory.
  4. If the file does not exist, then download the zip file from here and place the UCI_Generator.dll in that zip file in the business tier directory.
  5. Open the CW Admin.exe and press Stop Server.
  6. Press Start Server.
  7. Open and log in to CAREWare as normal.

The UCI_Genrator.dll file may also be missing from the client tier directory. You can use the above steps to check for the file in the client tier directory at C:\Program Files\CAREWare\RW CAREWare Client Tier\. You will need to restart the business tier service after placing the DLL file into the client tier directory.
