Login form does not allow a user to change his expired password

Login Form does not allow the user to reset his/ her expired passwords. It occurs in 527e and in the later builds. It displays a message "Password failed validation: The password for is older than days (setting in the CWAdmin.exe)." It is caused due to the recent changes made to the file "jConnectionPool".
