Forms not displaying red line for cut off of first page to second

CAREWare is printing 4 pages of a form instead of the 2 designed pages. The extra pages are not allowed to be deleted. There should be a red line that appears on the form print preview to show the user where/when a page will be printed on a second page. This is not occurring.
