Error converting Store & Forward Import Adaptor to real time provider

There is an error converting Store & Forward Import Adapter to real time provider. This happens if there are records in the import holding tank at the time of the conversion. Need to update the process so that it checks for an incomplete import and warns the user about it. Give the option to ignore the data and if so, then just delete the records from the import holding tank and then do the conversion.
