Error adding client record

Some users have experienced an error adding a new client record.
To resolve the error:
Log into Central Administration.
Click
Find Client
.
Enter the client's identifiers in the search fields.
Click
Search
.
Note a provider domain listed for that client.
Press
CTRL-W
to switch to that provider domain.
Click
Find Client
.
Enter the client's identifiers in the search fields.
Click
Search
.
Click the client's record.
Click
View Details
.
Change the client's
DOB
by one year.
Click
Services
to save the change.
Click
Demographics
.
Change the DOB back to the correct value.
Click
Services
.
Add the client in the provider domain that was experiencing the error.

EURN system out of sync 1 error
