Email scheduler button generates error

When attempting to use the email scheduler button in the Central Administration domain the following error is thrown: 

Source:  - The given key was not present in the dictionary.
   at Client.scComboBox.SetSelectedKey(String pKey, Boolean pFireEventIfKeyIsChanged)
   at Client.PM_Email_Scheduler.LoadForm()
   at Client.PM_Email_Scheduler_Controller.run()
   at Client.CnAdminMenu.btnSchEmail_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)
An error occurred opening the Performance Measure Email Scheduler.
