Custom service fields that are active for only 1 subservice do not appear on the Service tab listview

Custom service fields that are active for only 1 subservice do not appear on the Service tab listview. The column for individual service custom fields are missing.

If a user actives a custom service field for All Subservices, then the custom field appears on the listview with no problem.
