Custom Subform tab and subtab display issues on client screen

Several Custom Subform tab and subtab issues where reported by a user i build 558 and I have confirmed their existence in build 575.

1 date picker labels are not changing between sub tabs on the custom subform 2 The same date picker label is displayed for 2 tabs when 2 separate custom fields are used 3 Subtab 2 column headers appear off 1 in build 558, not build 575
