Custom Report not following Field Restrictions in Central Domain

In Central Domain, a custom report does not restrict fields based on the field restrictions. Addition/ Deletion of Custom Report User Groups does not influence the fields displayed in Custom Reports. It is, however, working normally in a Real-time Provider.
