Contract report does not display properly within CAREWare

When the contract report is run from the Central Administration domain for one domain it displays the report view incorrectly within CAREWare. All .Net service pack, SQL service pack, existence of all activeReports.DLLs, and that the activeReport.DLL version numbers were checked. All were up to date and existing.
